Reservations can be made in any convenient way: on the website using the booking module, by phone or through social media accounts.
Prepayment
Prepayment for accommodation is 50% of the cost of accommodation. Prepayment is made in any convenient way: online payment on the website, payment by bank details, cash payment or payment by bank card at the reception desk at the hotel. The prepayment period is no more than three days from the date of booking.
Cancellation of booking
Cancellation of the reservation no later than 30 days before arrival is free of charge. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days in advance, a part of the prepayment in the amount of the cost of the day's accommodation is withheld.
Check-in and check-out hours:
Check—in - from 15:00 local time
Check—out is until 12:00 local time
To check into the hotel, you must have the original identity documents for all residents, including minors. In case of absence of documents, the check-in may be refused.
The services "early check—in" and "late check—out" are subject to availability and are paid: from 1 hour to 6 hours - payment will be 50% of the room price, over 6 hours - payment for a full day.
All prices on the website, as well as in public sources, are given for 1-2-bed accommodation. Additional seats are paid separately.
Children under 6 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge without providing an extra bed. Starting from the age of 7, an additional accommodation fee will be charged.
Pets are free of charge upon prior request, only if the "Rules of accommodation with pets" are followed. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged for the placement of pets.
The room price includes a Buffet breakfast for all guests, Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00.
